Complaints Policy
At The London Hairdressing Academy we ensure all members of staff teach and assess students in a fair manner according to the standards of The LHA & VTCT. Allowing students to study in a environment that celebrates and encourages learners to achieve their best, all students are made aware of the complaints procedure throughout the programme should they feel they have not been marked fairly.
