THIS UNIT DELIVERS OPEN HAIR, HAIR-UP & HALF HAIR-UP LOOKS (INCLUDING TWISTS AND BRAIDS) FOR WEDDINGS AND SPECIAL OCCASIONS. THIS COURSE IS IDEAL FOR BEGINNERS WITH NO EXPERIENCE, REFRESHERS COURSE FOR THOSE WHO ARE GETTING BACK INTO THE HAIRDRESSING FIELD & FOR THOSE LOOKING FOR ADDITIONAL CPD HOURS.

what is online training?

All learners can communicate with their tutors on our portal for feedback & additional help:

  • Access to bespoke training videos created by The LHA.
  • English subtitles are included in all our videos.
  • 2 attempts to submit cutting photos to tutor for feedback.
  •  In house certification accredited by The LHA (PDF).

what will i be studying?

All learners can receive a pre-recorded video for the following styles:

  1. Different curl types using GHD’s/Straighteners.
  2. Different curl types using small barrel curling tong.
  3. Different curl types using large barrel curling tong.
  4. Different curl types using jumbo wand.
  5. Tutorial on how to create a full head of Hollywood waves.
    6. Half hair-up (twists & braid).
    7. Full hair-up (including a demo on fringe trimming for hair-up looks)
