Learners must read through the entire student contract found here. In order to benefit our learners, The LHA now waives all merchant & online processing fee’s for all cash payments made at The LHA.
Level 2 Learner Assessment & Contract.
The LHA ensures all students are refunded full fee’s should there be any permanent course suspensions due to covid-19 and/or any additional unplanned occurrences that may result in the term being permanently suspended/cancelled.
(This refund policy does not apply to deferred course start dates and/or other temporary occurrences, Please refer to your student contract above for full T&C’s).
Candidates who complete payment prematurely before being accepted by The LHA enrolment team onto the chosen programme, can result in no refund being issued and loss of fee’s paid, submitting an EI form does not constitute as acceptance until hearing back from the enrolment team with confirmed approval, acceptance letter and documentation.
The LHA accepts no responsibility for refunds for candidates who do not follow the academy process & procedures.
