IN-HOUSE CERTIFICATION

THIS COURSE IS DESIGNED FOR BOTH INTERMEDIATE AND ADVANCED STYLISTS LOOKING TO REFRESH THEIR SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE. EACH 1-TO-1 CLASS IS CUSTOM DESIGNED ACCORDING TO YOUR INDIVIDUAL REQUIREMENTS AND CHOSEN AREA OF INTEREST.

OUR TEAM OF EXPERT MASTER STYLISTS WILL CUSTOM TAILOR EACH PROGRAMME TO SUIT EACH STUDENTS INDIVIDUAL NEEDS.

SESSION STRUCTURE

Class will consist of the following:

  • Live in-class Lecturer demonstrations.
  • Student practical training on blocks or live models.
  • Access to google classrooms after completion of the one to one session to access all course content and video demos taught.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS & KIT LIST

Prior knowledge is required, 1 to 1 sessions are designed as a refreshers programme for learners looking to get back into the hairdressing industry.

Kit List:
A kit list will be provided to all students after successful enrolment onto the programme. Kit list contents will be sent via email.

COURSE FEE’S & DURATION

Duration: 1 session (full class day).

Price: £750
(payments are to be made in full before the course start date)

Course Modules

Beginners can combine any of the following modules as refreshers sessions:
Foundations of cutting hair
Blow-dry & styling
Bespoke setting and dressing hair
Colouring class
Highlighting techniques
Advanced learners add on any of the following modules as refreshers sessions to the above modules mentioned:
The Art Of Balayage
(Advanced) creative cutting techniques.

What are Formative and Summative Assessments?

Students will be required to carry out a varied number and range of summative assessments on clients for each unit in order to pass the practical aspect of the programme. 

Formative Assessments – A Practice of practical assessments on students or clients in class.

Summative Assessments – A Successful and correctly completed practical assessment in class, consultation sheets will be filed in learners portfolios to evidence a successful summative assessment which will be marked and inspected by the examining body VTCT.

 Students who do attend class and complete the required amount of summative assessments will not be able to pass the programme.
